New wildfires ignite in Southern California but rain set to bring relief

A new fire erupted Thursday near San Diego, burning through more than 800 acres. Meanwhile, rain is in the forecast for the weekend which could help with dry conditions but brings its own set of challenges, including the risk of mudslides and runoff from the toxic debris.
